Victorian Black & White Silhouette Cameo Brooch.
Cameo is glass on brass frame.
I would say Art Deco.
The pin is missing the roll over clamp but still works just fine.
You may notice a small chip in the glass on the bottom left hand corner but I did not really notice it until I went super close.
